Gail Kramer is a native of the Jersey Shore. When she retired from being a principal in the Property and Casualty insurace business at the E & K Agency, Inc. she became interested in being an artist. With the constant help and gentle persuation of her friend and teacher, Joan Mullin, she took up watercolor and colored pencil. She is now associated with the Guild of Creative Art in Shrewsbury, N.J. and has been on the Board for six years.
